  Update: 1yr later, under the mangement instruction I've had another experience with the crew. The job quality is great and this time around is much better improvement with communication. *********************************************************** Firest Experience: I would give a minus star if there the option! As I just read one of their correspondance email. Honest opinion, job is fine quality is fine. But they are definately not cheap. I mean honestly we took a punt at the google review so we deliberately did not pick the cheapest quote we got. Ok, GREEDY with captical GGGG with variation! When they know they got you by the time constrain or in the situation YOU BETTER WATCH OUT and make sure you have DEEEEEEP POCKET for what they'll ask you be the talk of the town from third person point of view! The communcation between their team with their project leader besides the actual act of job itself is 90~95% understood, the rest of other instruction is either not clear or non existance. It will really shows when you talk to each one of them as they arrive if you have a specific instruction provided. Here is the supper upsetting MINUS star part (turn up the drum roll). When confronting them with facts of jobs not done correctly, they will act like a weasel 3yr old cowardly start making up lies and twist the words of the clients instruction given at the time of the repair or repairing. Especially verbally because you can't proof it! BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THEM ON THIS PUT IT ON WRITING on email or text!!. Not just one the whole team as it seems. Anyway super upsetting about this fact.
