  The team at Select Kit Homes have been a pleasure to work with. As an owner builder there are so many things to learn and Jordan has been patient and responsive throughout the process. I first met Ashton who explained the product and options. You can even design your own floor plan! Select are flexible and will work with you on your project. They can even build to lockup if you need. Highly recommend getting in touch if you are considering a steel frame kit home.

  Would recommend the team at Select Kit Homes. We built a Granny Flat as a new Owner Builder. They helped navigate the process from start to finish, including organising professional certifiers for the building when required. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Once the site was excavated the build went up quite quickly however with our site we decided to buy the lining kit and organise all trades on our own to complete and not have them organise for us. There was a small hiccup with engineering design of the structure for one of the internal doorways but they were more than happy to remedy the problem for us. We had to organise our own skip bin for rubbish removal which was no dramas but the communication throughout the whole process could have been improved a little bit and made more transparent for us.
