  We recently contacted Morgan (Clarendon Homes display at Everleigh Display Village) regarding building our new dream home at Everleigh, and the experience has been excellent. From our very first meeting, Morgan made us feel welcomed and comfortable. We had our tween boys (4yrs old) with us who were excited and running around, but Morgan was very patient, friendly, and made them feel comfortable too, which we really appreciated. Morgan was professional, supportive, and always happy to answer our questions clearly and honestly. His guidance and genuine approach made the whole process much easier and enjoyable for our family. We would happily recommend Morgan (Clarendon Homes) to anyone looking to build their dream home.

  Since Steven started with Clarendon in his new role, the experience has been completely different, in the best way. Each conversation I have had with him he has listened to and been respectful of all of my concerns. I am hoping to continually working with him to address some outstanding defects. Steven has been confident, respectful, and easy to communicate with. He actually listens and follows through, which has made such a big difference. I really appreciate his help and the effort he’s put into getting everything sorted properly. Keep up the good work Steven.

Our supervisor Aaron Major is terrific, always obliging and happy to help us in any way he can. We would highly recommend Clarendon Homes and would definitely build another house with them.

The home is designed and finished to the highest standard, showcasing premium materials and thoughtful layouts that perfectly suit our needs. Our handover was smooth and stress-free, thanks to the team’s organization and clear communication. We couldn’t be happier with our experience with Clarendon Homes, they have guided us through every step and were willing to answer any questions we had. One of our family member’s have built their very first home with Clarendon Homes upon our recommendation and the process in which the building took place was extremely professional and seamless. Most impressively, the house was completed within the promised time frame, which is rare in the building industry.   The builders are very on honest and do their job properly. The site manager Tulloch was outstanding. We didn't have to make much communication because he did every thing properly and was up to date. The customer consultants and the rest of the team were all really helpful especially the colour selection team. Overall experience with Clarendon was amazing. I really recommend them.
