  There are many important decisions you partake when wanting to build your dream home. However when you find the right building company - someone that you can partner with, in the design, the process, the journey then your path is made easier. We are so thankful we choose Platinum Homes to design and build our dream home on the canals of Pelican Waters. From the many meetings we had with Anthony, we soon established he is a person of integrity and someone we could trust which was crucial for us in choosing the right building company. We thoroughly enjoyed the building process and we're thankful we had Anthony and his teams expertise to guide us through the design and the build. What Scott and I loved the most was his desire to also assist us in choosing colours, tiles and cabinetry which has finished off our home beautifully. So from both Scott and I, thank you Anthony and Platnium homes for taking us on a journey of building a house, to designing and creating a home - our home. We highly recommend Platinum Homes to anyone wanting to build a high quality home with a positive journey.

  We initially went to display villages and dealt with project builders. We could not find a builder we felt truly comfortable with. We then found Platinum Residential. Right from the start we felt relaxed and confident that we would get the house we wanted. Anthony's professional attitude and flexibility were the standout features for us. If we wanted to change or add things during the build it was not a problem. Project manager Logan is very organized and approachable. Any concerns or questions we had were dealt with immediately. We would recommend Platinum Residential to anyone building a new home. In fact we are about to sign a contract to build our second house with Platinum. Gary & Janice

Just wanted to express my thanks to both Anthony and particularly Liz who have been amazing to date. Anthony for assisting us on the design stage and Liz has been so communicative and responsive to our every need and has shown enormous patience with us being the Novices we are.   After searching for a number of months to find a suitable builder, my partner and I came across Platinum Residential. We had a difficult block of land to work with however this was no issue to Platinum, after meeting Anthony he assessed our needs and together created our new home. From start to finish, carpenters to tilers everyone involved in the construction was a pleasure to deal with. Supervisor Logan was quick to respond to any queries we had no matter how challenging the task, this will be the first of many houses that we will build together they did not put a foot wrong, we’re very happy with every aspect of our build and especially the finished product, our home! Thank you Anthony and Platinum highly recommended!
