  Paul and his very capable team recently did a renovation of our 1927 Queenslander that involved removing two internal walls, building a new wall to create a hallway, installing a new kitchen and replacing the floor. It was a big job, complicated multiple times with challenges that old houses can throw up. The team worked meticulously and professionally to preserve the integrity of the character of the house, adding an archway, preserving and relocating a decorative above-door breezeway, ensuring trims and ceilings were in keeping with the style, and discussing throughout so we could work together to overcome obstacles. Paul's attention to detail and commitment to keeping the project moving and on track were appreciated. The trades he worked with (carpenter, electrician and kitchen makers in particular) were all highly professional and we are very pleased with the end result.

The builder who worked on the job was first class. We are really happy with the outcome. The finish is great and the house looks fantastic after the painting.
