It has been an absolute pleasure working with Stark Builders - a huge thank you to the entire team! We honestly still can’t believe they managed to complete two custom-built 4-bedroom homes in less than 12 months (from January to December). It truly felt like the biggest Christmas present ever! Our project wasn’t straightforward: it was quite complex and required multiple consultants, along with various BA and DA conditions. There were definitely challenges along the way, but we were so lucky to have Stark Builders guiding us through the process. The team was always proactive in solving issues, helping us overcome obstacles, and providing valuable advice whenever needed. Communication throughout the entire build was outstanding. Fletcher and Xanthe kept us consistently informed, was transparent at every stage, and genuinely cared about achieving the best possible outcome for us. The workmanship is exceptional and the final result truly exceeded our expectations. We also really appreciated their efforts to keep the project within budget. They were upfront about costs, provided practical advice, and always tried their best to manage expenses carefully without compromising on quality. What impressed us most was their responsiveness and strong sense of accountability. Whenever any issues came up, they were addressed quickly and efficiently. A big thank you once again to the Stark team for such a magnificent job on my renovation project. This is now the second time I have renovated with the team and this time they have raised the bar (and my house) once again! After such a wonderful experience on my last project I decided to go with stark from the get-go and design my project from the ground up. Their cohesive team made everything seamless, and I loved the time and effort they put into the multiple different concept designs for my project. Also the interior design suggestions.. spot on! Each added a layer of personality and sophistication while staying within my restrictive budget. A big thanks once again for turning our vision into a reality. Expectations well and truly exceeded. Will definitely be using Stark again and couldn’t recommend them more highly.

Just moved back into our renovated home and every time I walk through the door I’m blown away. Huge thanks to the Stark Builders team for pulling off an incredible renovation and putting in the hard work to make the process as smooth as possible. Fletcher and the team took my rough idea and turned it into a fully realised plan, guiding me through every step from start to finish. Stark Builders were incredible at helping us through the entire RHF process. We combine both a house extension in with the RHF lift and could not be happier with the end result. We used Stark for the design, engineering and certification and everything was completely hassle free. They also prepared everything for us and helped with dealing with the fund. We were approved quickly and had no problem having the money released as part of the project. Overall the build quality was excellent and we only had a few minor paint defects that were promptly fixed. Thanks again for all your hard work and we will definitely be using you again for any more projects we have around the house!

When we were initially starting to think about renovating our home in Salisbury, it was really hard to find a builder who gave us the time of day, let alone sat down with us on numerous occasions to explain everything. Stark Builders really delivered. Their design packages were cost effective, detailed and done by a proper architect with experience. We did take some time to then go into the second phase and start the renovation. Fletcher made sure all our concerns were handled, before we took the leap to raise and build underneath our property. My partner and I are absolutely over the moon with the end result. We had a great experience and would love to use them again in the future.
