  We recently had our home built by Pacific Blue, and we couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. Having built before, we were honestly nervous about taking the leap again—but from our very first meeting, the team put us completely at ease. They made the entire process feel simple, clear, and enjoyable—from the initial planning stages, right through to handover. Justin really heard our ideas and translated them perfectly into our new house plans. One of the things that impressed us most was the truly bespoke nature of the build. Nothing felt off-the-shelf or rushed. Every element was tailored to suit our lifestyle, taste, and needs. Diane, in particular, had an incredible eye for detail and helped us bring our vision to life with thoughtful suggestions and design expertise. Her input ensured that every part of the home felt beautifully considered and unique to us. Scott’s project management was another standout. His organized and proactive approach kept everything on track, with no request too hard, and the level of communication throughout the entire build was outstanding. We always knew exactly where things were at, and any questions or concerns were addressed quickly and clearly—something that gave us real peace of mind. Every single team member we interacted with was a pleasure to deal with—friendly, professional, and genuinely invested in the quality of the work. It was clear to us that they take great pride in what they do. Thanks to the entire team, we’ve now moved into our dream home and couldn’t be happier! We can’t recommend Pacific Blue highly enough!

  We couldn't be happier with the overall service & product we received from Cameron, Drew and the whole Pacific Blue team. They met every request of ours throughout the build with a can-do attitude, and the finished home we received couldn't have turned out any more beautiful. They navigated the difficult building climate with great professionalism which put us at ease in a time that could have been incredibly stressful. We have been recommending the PB team since the moment we met with them, and will continute to do so. If we ever build again it will most certainly be with Pacific Blue.

The whole experience was an absolute pleasure - the team at PB is extremely knowledgeable and helpful - nothing ever seems too hard!   The Pacific Blue team has exceeded our expectations, and we are so grateful for their expertise, reliability and trustworthiness during the process of building our first home. They were totally transparent in their work, and kept us informed throughout. The site is a rural acreage with a long narrow easement driveway, sloped block, minimal access, poor soil with bushfire and covenant constraints. The team took these potential issues in their stride, and always had solutions/options to any concerns that arose. The moment we handed our project over to Cameron, Drew and Diane it was stress free and such an enjoyable experience. We found that going through the design ideas, selections and estimates that they were immensely helpful and patient. Our build was completed in less than half the time of the build contract, and to an extremely high standard. Their eye for detail is impeccable and we couldn’t be happier with how our house was presented on the day of handover. We are immensely thankful to the amazing Pacific Blue team, and would highly recommend them to anyone wanting an enjoyable, stress-free and exceptional quality build.
