  I purchased my very first home recently, 30 years old and in desperate need of TLC and a long list of repairs that we didn't know where to start. I contacted Oceanside projects to see what they could do. We decided to start with bedrooms and work from there. Floyd and his team have been amazing and answered every question I had and were easy to contact throughout the process. They were really accomodating with my work hours and working around my availability. The rooms look and feel like a newly built house. I wish I took more pictures to really show the quality of the work of the bedrooms because the plasterer and painter did a fantastic job. I am hoping to work with them again for the MANY steps to bring this house back to life. I highly recommend this company.

  We would highly recommend Oceanside Projects. We engaged them from interstate for a bathroom and ensuite renovation and the end result exceeded our expectations. Their professionalism was great throughout the project, we were kept informed continuously and their ability to deliver a quality outcome within our compressed timeframe was excellent.   I am so grateful to "Oceanside Projects", specially to Floyd Franklin for his amazing support and guidance through our backyard project. We bought a beautiful Swimming Spa on April of 2023 and it was going to be delivered in September. My husband and I wanted to make our backyard our little Paradise and we had so many plans and ideas but that was not enough 😁. We needed HELP!!! The days were passing and we were overwhelmed with all what we needed to do, organised, permissions, engineering, excavations, electrician, etc. We didn't know where to start... Luckily, some great friends recommended us "Oceanside Projects" because they had a great experience with them on their house renovation. At the end I had the pleasure to talk with Floyd and told him all what we needed and he guided us from the beginning to the end. We are very grateful and so very happy with the service they provided. At the end it was a team effort between them and us 🙏🏼👍🏻. It was just great to work with real professionals 😊!!! We highly recommend "Oceanside Projects" for any updates you need or wish to do in your beautiful house or any other building projects 😊. I have attached some pictures of our project for reference.   On the first day meeting with the Oceanside Team I chose my little house "The Whitehaven". The team were both helpful and understanding of my needs, not a single request or change was a problem. I was kept well informed throughout the build from the original planning stage to the day I received my final completion. I cannot say enough about the Oceanside Team. They are Professional, obliging and a very happy crew to have on your build. Thank you. David.

  Many thanks to the whole team at Oceanside Projects for my stunning renovated apartment. I reached out to Oceanside Projects to help me with a whole apartment renovation including all the design work. Their design manager Tracy was amazing. The trades were polite and courteous and the way they took my ideas and their ideas and combined them into this beautifully delivered project was way beyond expectation. Working closely with the body Corp, building manager, and all the trades kept things stress free for me. 5 stars but really 10 if I could.

  Tracy and Floyd have been exceptionally helpful and patient in helping us design and plan our renovation and extension. We had a number of building companies come out to do an initial consultation and their ability to understand our 'wants' and align them with the limitations what we have to work with was miles beyond what anyone else was able to provide. With little to no experience ourselves, they have been so valuable in coming up with ideas and suggestions that we could not have done ourselves. Tracy's communication and support has been wonderful - always quick and thorough with answering any questions or providing information. We are looking forward to proceeding with our project as we finalise the design and plans with Oceanside Projects - feeling excited rather than daunted as we move forwards!
