We recently engaged with Koda Construct after seeing a number of their larger scale projects around our neighbourhood. I followed them on instagram which was the quickest way to see that they produce a high quality level of work. We are not yet at a point where we need a higher scale lift/renovation, and had concerns that the work we currently require would not be enough for a large and busy company to take on. However we were made to feel just as important as any other client. We have had small works completed by their friendly and professional team and are keen to get them back in the near future. If you are considering renovations or improvements, I definitely recommend checking them out and having a chat to their team.

Chris, Jacob and the team were very impressive. I initially engaged them to undertake bathroom renovations but with their eye for detail, I soon asked them to complete additional works including drainage, waterproofing and roof repairs. They were practical in their approach and helpful. I would recommend them for their down to earth and friendly approach to do business with.

It was a pleasure working with Chris, Jacob & their team at Koda Construct on the build of our two houses. From the initial consultation to the handover of the houses they were professional, approachable & nothing was too complex to achieve the outcome we expected. Each build was completed on schedule with the finished products exceeding our expectations. We highly recommend Koda Construct for your next project.
