The whole process from start to finish was seamless, with plenty of consistent updates on the current status of the project. Trades took their time and delivered high quality work. Flascon advised the job would be completed within 10-11 months, and we achieved handover almost exactly 10 months after commencement. Many thanks to the team at Flascon, highly recommended.

They are a passionate team that takes personal interest to ensure they achieve the best outcome for you. Jay and Ross made our build process very seamless with excellent communication throughout the build, practical advice, commendable customer service, and great attention to detail. We had very specific requirements with our design and house layout, and Jay worked patiently with us to accommodate all our needs. Jay’s communication throughout the build process meant that we were well informed of the progress and next steps, and did not have to follow up. The team’s professionalism, flexibility to accommodate changes and regular updates made the entire experience enjoyable. Jay and Ross have been extremely responsive and have provided exceptional support even after our handover. We highly recommend Flascon to anyone looking to build a new home. You won’t be disappointed!

  To Jay, Ross and the whole Flascon team, thank you so much for building our beautiful new home! Throughout the build you were all very professional, extremely knowledgeable and had great systems in place making the build run very seamless. The end result was a very well built home by amazing trades who had an impeccable standard of finish. We are extremely happy with the finished product and how it was completed under budget, and before the contract due date.
