We could honestly not have achieved the result we did nor find our reliable and experienced builder (Callaway Homes) if we hadn't gone through Buildi. We had a tricky sloping block that most builders wouldn't even touch but with the expert guidance of Nelvin we achieved a bigger house and more features than we initially thought was possible within our budget. The best decision I made when building my home was having the Buildi team broker for me. After buying the land, I found choosing a builder and the many decisions complicated and overwhelming. Nelvin advised us on due diligence for a land purchase and helped us navigate the entire building process from contract review to site check, including things to check for along the way to ensure build quality.
