  We would like to thank Hepner Homes and their contractors for their services in building our new home. Hepner Homes provided one of the best experiences we have had in building what is our 4th home. Hepner Homes provided a comprehensive, all inclusive quote and connected us to quality contractors to make selections. We appreciated having regular communication on the progress of the build meaning no unexpected surprises. Overall Hepner Homes delivered a beautiful home with quality finishes and on time! Thanks to everyone who worked on the house and for delivering such quality workmanship.

  We contacted Hepner Homes in regards to building with them on our property after having an awful experience with Metricon. To date, the experience could not be more different. We have had such a lovely and pleasant experience with Brett and Stacey in the office. I was so hesitant to start this process again but Brett has made me feel completely at ease. We told him exactly what we wanted and within 2 days, we had a perfect draft. They are so responsive and never difficult to contact or get a response from. The transparency and integrity the company displays is truly a breath of fresh air after dealing with Metricon! We, like many others, have felt the pinch with the current financial climate and have unfortunately had to put our build on hold. But, when we are good to start again, I am so excited to begin our build journey with Hepner Homes. I cannot wait to leave another 5 star review after the build is completed as I'm positive our house will be nothing less than stunning working with these quality builders! I just hope it's sooner rather than later!

  From the initial phone calls and the consequent site visit with Brett, we felt safe in the fact that we were building our home with not only a reputable company but a family based business who cared! Being our first home there were lots of “silly” questions and plenty of phone calls, all of which were returned promptly with answers we could understand. All of the subcontractors we visited or meet onsite were extremely professional and their flexibility allowed us to add those extra touches that make a house a home. We constantly get compliments from family and friends on the finish and quality workmanship throughout the house and the reactions we notice when people pass our home is tribute to the quality and standard of Hepner Family Homes. They say the best advertising is word of mouth and on referring we have passionately recommended Hepner Family Homes to several of our friends and colleagues!! We have no hesitation in recommending or building again with Hepner Family Homes in the future!!

  I just bought a Hepner Home from the original owner (who purchased it in 2019). I was very impressed as the building inspection did not uncover any issues. The house is very high quality and I can confirm (having had houses built in the past) that Hepner Homes have ensured that the details that usually get skipped over were addressed. One key example is painting the top and bottom of the doors and the top/front inside the wardrobes are often skipped. Whenever I visit a new home I inspect to see if the builder is managing the subies, painters will often skip painting areas that are out of sight. Tilers/plumbers and sparkies also tend to take shortcuts. I have yet to uncover any part of the house where the finish was not completed to a professional level.

  We approached Brett Hepner and Hepner Homes 4 years ago to look at building our home. From the moment we started that conversation, through the loan approval (which they helped us with), planning stage, construction and finishing, we could not fault them. Absolutely professional, courteous tradesmen, always prepared to go the extra mile, welcoming us onsite to inspect at various stages of the build, open to making small changes along the way. We now have a beautiful home on the Redcliffe Peninsula and people walking by will often stop to comment on the uniqueness and quality of of our home. I rate Hepner Homes a very worthy 5 star and would most definitely recommend them to anyone looking at building a home. Carolyn Scarborough

  We are very happy with our new home. Our experience with Hepner Homes has been overwhelmingly positive. They are a friendly, professional team and their work is excellent quality.
