We worked with Aaron from GreenCoast on the design of our new home and couldn't be happier with the result. We went through their PAC process, which meant the builder was involved early on, and that made a huge difference from a build perspective. It also helped save money across the overall project. Aaron was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. His design drawings were very details and of excellent quality. We're so glad we chose to work with him and would happily recommend him to others starting their design journey.

Aaron Wailes designed our home in 2020 and we couldn't be happier with it! His expertise took our ideas and transformed them into a beautiful living space that we still admire 5 years on. He took the time to listen to what we were wanting and how we needed certain spaces set to our families different needs and he delivered them in a timely and professional manner. The planning process with Aaron was very smooth and thorough - he really made sure to understand what we wanted and then did the hard part - made it work flawlessly! Our home flows beautifully and our guests always comment on the use of natural light throughout our home (which was a big "must" for us!) We cannot recommend them enough - if you are looking to design your dream home and make it truly yours in a way that works - this is the architect for you!! Thank you very much Aaron!

We bought a do-up job, being the worst house (1910 heritage workers cottage) on a great street, close to Brisbane CBD. Listening to podcasts we learnt about the designer-builder process of using a building designer and having the builder involved in the costing process to get an outcome that suited us and our budget. The process has been brilliant and stress-free. We have just a few months to completion. Aaron and the team at Green Coast Design worked with us and designed a home that took into consideration our personal circumstances, sun and light capture, heritage DA requirements, space allocation and fit-out. The build is nearly finished and Aaron has made himself available for any curly questions. We highly recommend Green Coast Design. They are worth contacting for your dream home or investment.

Aaron excelled in our expectations when designing our beautiful home. Any idea we had he was able to create exactly what we were wanting to achieve. I would highly recommend Aaron. His insight, creativity and knowledge of the industry is impeccable and he made the design process of our home so easy, even when changes needed to happen (e.g unexpected baby) he was accommodating and had the best design solutions.

Very highly recommend GreenCoast - Aaron & Amanda are amazing! They really took the time to thoroughly understand who we are as a family and how we live (or want to live!) day-to-day in order to design a home that is both very beautiful and incredibly functional (never underestimate functionality!!!!) Loved the design and brainstorming sessions - they were always a highlight. Aaron always had suggestions we hadn't thought of and solutions that really made everything just work! As a result of GC's collaborative design process and a partnership with an amazing builder (DPearce Construction) we are now living in a truly unique home built around our family, one that blew our expectations out of the water and one which we absolutely adore. Thank you Aaron & Amanda!!!
