We engaged Frameology/Matt on the recommendation of our architect early in the design process. From the first meeting we felt like Matt really cared about what we wanted to achieve. Our project was a raise, move and all but complete rebuild of an old QLDer. Matt and the team take great care and pride in their work and understand this will be our home and they want to ensure it hits the mark. That feeling we had at the first meeting was real Matt and the team invested more than just their time, it was their home too, their name, their brand, their quality, their pride and their passion. Buildertrend, the photos and the fortnightly visits were great, it was amazing to see the progress, talk through what is happening and any changes that were required or minor adjustments were discussed and addressed. Matt, Aden and Tommy worked with our architect seamlessly, the defect process and support we received post occupancy was as expected from a quality builder. Communication was very good we always knew what was happening and what was going to happen in between our visits. We would recommend Frameology Constructions and we would use them again. The team genuinely care about what they do, you can see the pride and when talking to the team you can hear it. The quality and attention to detail of their craftsmanship is incredible.

Based on the renovation experience I had, I can’t recommend Frameology highly enough. Matty, Tim and the onsite team were absolute professionals, and Candice designed every aspect of the renovation from top to bottom. One of the things I really appreciated about Frameology is that they were willing to help as much or as little as I wanted. I could have come to them with specific fitting selections and they would have implemented my design, or (as I did) ask them come up with design concepts, and present a sample selection of fittings and products to choose from. They were decisive and confident in their choices, and I’m so pleased with the end result. The entire team communicated as often as needed, during the design phase as well as the construction phase, and there has been no stone left unturned. Matt was there to oversee everything, and the quality of the build is flawless. From customer service, to design, to timeliness, and communication - Frameology are great to work with and know their stuff. If I ever need them again, I won’t hesitate.
