ESP Developments just completed a substantial renovation/addition of our lowset brick home and we are beyond happy with how it all turned out. I worked closely with Tom through the design stage where his advice and input was invaluable. We continued to live in the house during the construction stage and Tom and his team were always very respectful of the fact that their work site was still our house. Communication was easy and open; and we always felt like any questions or concerns we had were taken on board right away. Quality of work is excellent and we'd absolutely recommend ESP Developments if you're looking to renovate and/or extend!!

We cannot thank the team at ESP developments enough for the incredible renovation of our entire house we recently did with them, we are delighted with the result. Tom was excellent to deal with from the very start and we always found him very honest and fair. His team was reliable, friendly, and very considerate of us still trying to live in the house throughout the renovation process. If we ever had any concerns or questions, we always felt we could pick up the phone and talk to Tom and he was always happy to help. We plan to extend in a few years and have no doubt in our minds that we will be using Tom and his team. We highly recommend ESP developments for any building or renovation plans; you will not be disappointed. Thanks, Lauren and Jason
