From our first meeting at the display home, it was clear that Kumar and the BuyBuild Homes team operate at a very high standard. The attention to detail, quality of finishes, and overall presentation of the homes really stood out. What impressed us most was Kumar’s ability to secure land in a well-established estate during a time when availability is extremely limited. He made what seemed impossible feel straightforward. The build process was well organised, delivered within the promised timeframe, and communication was consistent throughout. We always felt supported and well informed. If you’re considering a house and land package, we would confidently recommend Kumar and his team. A very professional and reliable experience from start to finish. Sandeep and Sruthy

We’ve just moved into our new home, and we couldn’t be happier! When we first met Kumar from Buy Build Homes, we were quite nervous about the whole process — especially when he asked us to put down a deposit before we’d even seen the block. It sounded too good to be true, but Kumar took the time to explain everything clearly and patiently. He asked us to pick a few blocks that we liked, and to our surprise, within a few days he managed to secure the exact one we had chosen! From that moment, our trust and confidence just grew stronger. Kumar supported us through every stage — from design selections and variations to final handover — with honesty, professionalism, and constant communication. Now that we’ve moved in, we can see the quality and craftsmanship in every corner of our home. The whole journey turned out exactly as promised, and we’re so grateful we decided to trust him and go ahead with Buy Build Homes. If you’re looking to build your first home or investment property, we highly recommend Kumar and the team for their dedication, transparency, and personal touch.

Kumar from BuyBuild Homes made what felt like an impossible task completely effortless. Finding land in Bellbird Park was tough — every release was selling out within days — but Kumar went the extra mile. He kept me updated, walked me through available options, and managed to secure a block in the exact area I wanted. From there, he guided me through the custom design and inclusions process, ensuring everything suited my needs and budget. The quality of the finished home speaks for itself — excellent workmanship, great attention to detail, and premium finishes throughout. What stood out most was Kumar’s communication and reliability. He was always available, gave honest advice, and delivered exactly what was promised. The build was completed ahead of schedule, in under 18 weeks. I’m extremely satisfied and would recommend BuyBuild Homes to anyone wanting a smooth and transparent building experience. Thank you once again BuyBuild Teams.
