Every member of the Brighton team we worked with brought a high level of professionalism, care, and expertise to the journey — and we are so thankful for their support in making our vision a reality. Gavin O'Halloran, our site supervisor, was absolutely outstanding. His attention to detail, communication, and commitment to quality gave us confidence at every stage of the build. He kept us informed, addressed any concerns quickly, and ensured that everything on-site ran smoothly and to a high standard. It was clear from day one that Gavin takes real pride in his work, and it shows in the finished product. John Shaw, who helped us design the layout of our home, was fantastic from the very beginning. He took the time to understand exactly what we wanted in a floorplan and brought it to life with thoughtful suggestions and a focus on functionality and flow. His expertise was instrumental in creating a home that not only looks great but truly works for the way we live. Jack Barclay, who guided us through the electrical appointment, was incredibly knowledgeable and patient. He took the time to explain everything clearly, offer practical advice, and ensure that all our choices would suit both our lifestyle and future needs. His professionalism and expertise made a typically overwhelming process feel easy and well thought out. Kristy Newman, who assisted with our colour selections, was a true design professional. Her eye for style, great taste, and genuine passion for helping us create a cohesive and beautiful aesthetic made the entire process enjoyable and inspiring. She really listened to our preferences and offered ideas that elevated our initial vision in the best way. Building a home can be a stressful experience, but the team at Brighton Homes — especially Gavin, Jack, Kristy, and John — made it feel seamless, exciting, and completely worthwhile. We are beyond thrilled with the result and highly recommend Brighton Homes to anyone looking to build with a team that genuinely cares about their clients and the homes they create. The attention to detail by the Brighton staff member completing our colour selection was phenomenal and the place itself is incredible! So much choice. A really well thought out display home.
