Guardian Master Builders

Iv just completed my home with Guardian Master Builders in Pimpama, I had my handover last week. I promised Christopher, the Director, that I would leave an honest review upon completion of my home.. Now that the home is complete, I have the following to say. From day one, Christopher made it his business to learn what my families needs were before making any design suggestions. He then insisted on teaching me the preconstruction process, I left him feeling as though I could do the process on my own, I was extremely grateful for his time and expertise. I'm delighted to inform that the build process was much the same, organised, structured and on time. Christopher and his site team, particularly Craig, gave me an experience that I not only enjoyed, I really learnt from. My home is amazing, a real testament to Guardian and my family. We are proud to be entering our home in 2026 Queensland Master Builders Awards. Will keep you all posted on how I go :) thank you GMB.

We have been living in our new home now for 7 months. It was a great all round experience building our first home with Guardian. If we are ever if the position to build again, we would like it to be with the Guardian team.

I've just moved into my new home built by Guardian Master Builders and I'm loving it. I must say that quality of the build and structures are beyond expectations. There were some hiccups along the building period but being realistic, it was due to the overall shortage of material supplies and labour scarcity. However, still I was able to get into the house ahead of lots of other people I know started building before me. It was a custom house designed from scratch and everyone was helpful and supportive. Christopher, Michael, Lucia and Saba have all been wonderful and contributed towards realising my dream to build this custom house economically and in a reasonable time. Would definitely recommend them to my friends.

Anyone who builds a home expecting there not to be some issues along the way is delusional. Building a home with disability features opens up a whole new can of worms. You need to be very involved and I would recommend an external inspection at each stage to ensure build quality. In fact I would recommend that this could be a great point of difference for GMB if they were to embrace this as a standard approach. My experience became more and more positive as I developed a relationship with Chris by challenging, listening, compromising and insisting when appropriate. I came to the understanding that Chris is passionate about his company and he will really advocate for you and fix things if you talk things through with him. We finished the build with a solid and refined build which required Chris to drive his team to a standard that I appreciated. The building game hasn't been easy over the past few years but Chris fought for us until completion. I am sure we will find issues now that we are living in the home but I am also now confident that Chris will attend to anything that arises. Ultimately we all want a quality home we are proud of. You need a relationship to achieve that and Chris offered and delivered that which supported me in writing this review. Regards Ken

My husband and I had a fantastic experience dealing with Christopher from Guardian Master Builders. His knowledge and dedication to the building trade was evident. Christopher made himself available when we needed to discuss any needs. Highly recommend.
