  Blueneer Custom Homes were absolutely amazing! It was our first major reno doing a full gut renovation of both main and ensuite bathrooms, laundry as well as the preparation for a lift install and an exterior flyover. Both Daniel and Josh were responsive, and attentive from the first call when discussing a quote. They had all the details covered and a schedule of works which they pretty much kept too, which was no mean feat considering we were in a middle of a pandemic. Most days there was someone on site and we were kept up to date with the progress. All sub-contractors that Blueneer contracted were polite and on time.   Excellent service. Was quoted $80k for a full roof replacement by another roofer recommended by the real estate agent. After undertaking an inspection including a fulll written report and photos they recommended works for $13k. From quoting to completion was less than 4 weeks allowing the house to be promptly rented out.

  Big shout out to Daniel and his team. We needed our roof repaired prior to settlement and he was able to squeeze us in. He kept us informed and communicated well through the whole process. His quote was very reasonable and well laid out and easy to understand. They did a cracking job and the roof now looks better than it was when first built. The boys kept the site tidy and cleaned up at the end which was a nice bonus. True professional.
