We had a lot of things we wanted when we built our dream home, Bellevue Design and Construction told us they can make anything happen and will try their best to make us happy. When they said they will include everything for us, they literally did everything we wanted and all within our budget! We have tried going to other builders beforehand and we didn't get much options in terms of the product and materials offered for a reasonable price. At Bellevue, their standard baseline feels and looks premium which gave us more options to choose when it came to tiles, cupboards and tapware etc. Not only was the team always accessible to talk to, we often make last minute changes and the team was always comforting and don't mind us changing our draw plans or materials whenever we talk to them. Everyone was professional at what they do and always gave their professional input to help us build our dream home. They deserve nothing but 5 star reviews! Thanks guys! :)

"We are absolutely thrilled with the exceptional work done by Bellevue design and construction in building our tiny homes. From start to finish, the process was smooth, professional, and exceeded our expectations in every way. The team's attention to detail and craftsmanship are evident in every corner of our new homes. They listened attentively to our needs and preferences, ensuring that every aspect of the design and construction was tailored to our vision. The quality of materials used is top-notch, and the construction is sturdy and well-built without compromising on style or functionality. The tiny homes are beautifully designed, making perfect use of space without feeling cramped. Any questions or concerns we had were promptly addressed, which gave us peace of mind throughout the process. The team's professionalism and dedication are truly commendable, and it was a pleasure working with them. We highly recommend Bellevue to anyone looking to build a tiny home or any other construction project. They deliver outstanding quality, creativity, and reliability. Thank you to Jak, Jay, Shaun, Alisha and all their trades people for doing an awesome job.

Awesome builder, originally contacted the builder on a pre-purchase planning and sub-division project. Carol spent a lot of time investigating into the sub-division process and provided different custom build ideas for the lot. Although the project didn't go a head at the time due to feasibility but I was grateful for her help and had the company at the back of my mind. Couple years later we found a different project and we went back to Bellevue and built with them. Although like every build in the industry, there're always hiccups on the way. The team went above and beyond to help rectify these small issues. All sales person sweet talk before you sign a contract. What matters the most is how they deal with you after you signed the contract and how they deal with problems. The boss is a great problem solver, he leads by listening. And to be a good leader, one must also be a great listener. A great leader influence the team. Highly recommended !!
