Well after waiting for a year to have my home fixed from storms, these professional people finally were sent to my townhouse in Seagulls Shores in Tweed Heads West. I can only say how amazing the whole lot of workers were that arrived. Obviously finally from our body Corp or Strata finally they were sent to help, thank you Strata. So good for them finally sorting things out. After so much stress for a year or more I was totally impressed that these professionals that fixed my horrible damage to my home within two days, yes two days. Professional men that cut ceilings out and replaced them to fixing mouldy walls in my dining room and the painter who did an awesome job also. One of the bosses Jason was right on track in how to get everything done. The other young men working for them also were so professional as well. I was totally impressed with the whole lot of their workers that worked together to help me get through to Xmas. I can only say thank you for helping me to get through my stress that has affected me for a year. If anyone needs a professional company please contact these wonderful people, workers 🙏👏

Joran came over and inspected our place after the recent hail Storm. He was extremely kind and answered all our questions. He took his time and review all issues we had noticed, and went up and beyond to find other areas of concerns, as well as solutions. Extremely happy we lucked out and got him for our assessor/inspector.

I just had a major kitchen renovation. The team was efficient, professional, and absolutely brilliant to work with from start to finish. A special thanks to Beppina Marshall, the project manager, for her outstanding coordination. She was organised, clear in her communication, and kept me updated throughout the entire project. Everything ran smoothly under her watch, and the workers always arrived on time as scheduled. I’d also like to give a big shoutout to Nick, who I believe was the main builder. His workmanship was top quality, and he kept communication clear and consistent. The finished kitchen looks amazing—I’m so happy with how it all turned out. Any concerns I had were addressed quickly and with care. It was clear that the company genuinely wanted to deliver a great result. Highly recommend this team for their professionalism, quality work, and customer service.

Having recently moved to the Gold Coast, and into a complex on Main Beach, my wife and I had no idea what to expect from the local businesses, coming from Melbourne. But our expectations were exceeded in our dealing with ARC Projects. ARC were engaged by our Body Corp to remove and replace the outdoors veranda in our complex. Their response was always courteous and professional, and they managed to explain the process and any queries we had about the works. Our anxiety levels subsided with the appointment of their Project Manager who was so personable, explaining what to expect and really working with us to keep the noise levels reasonable. Everything was so clean and the end result was great. It was an incredible introduction to the Gold Coast and made for lovely memories for me and my wife. Josh and Julie Katsanis
