    We've been struggling for a long time trying to figure out how to make better use of the space on our property, and Neo Living’s granny flat turned out to be the perfect solution. Every staff member we spoke to was incredibly professional and genuinely thoughtful. The whole process from initial consultation to final installation was impressively smooth and well-organized. To be honest, we didn’t have high hopes at first because the access to our backyard is not very good. But Neo Living came up with a smart solution: they used a large crane to lift the granny flat over and place it on-site. It was a complex job, but they handled it perfectly without a single issue. We’re honestly so grateful for everyone involved. This was a fantastic experience.

    I visited their showroom in Nerang a few weeks back and was impressed with the modular homes on display and the pricing. Found them very supportive, knowledgeable and updated with the latest council regulations around the Gold Coast, where I have planned to set up the 40 ft home.
