Many years ago, Cameron built my first home on the Gold Coast, and it was such a great experience that choosing CMR Constructions for my recent, more upscale project was an easy decision. Cameron, now working alongside his son Chandler, managed every stage of the build with an exceptional level of professionalism that is truly rare. We were kept consistently informed and supported throughout the process. The quality of the workmanship at the completion of our home was outstanding. I would highly recommend CMR Constructions to anyone looking for a reliable and skilled builder.

CMR Prestige are undertaking a pole home and separate garage for us at the moment in Worongary and Cameron and his team are a pleasure to deal with. Nothing is a problem, Cameron calls in every morning to discuss progress and advises of any issues for which he has solutions if they arise. Looking forward to the rest of the build. CMR have now finished and we moved in 3 months ago. High quality finish throughout and couldn't be happier with the quality of workman ship. Dealing with Cameron and his team was great from start to finish.

The best decision we ever made starting our project was to use a private builder and engaging Cameron Rolfe from CMR Prestige Developments. We had paid a small deposit to start proceedings with a large Home Building Company when we met Cameron. We were approximately 3 months down the track & still hadn’t received a fixed price from this Building Company. Then we me met Cameron! ...........Well what a breath of fresh air Cameron was! Within 7 days we had a fixed price from him for a 600 sqm home including landscaping, fencing, clothes line & letter box. We are now 5 months into the build and nearing completion. The process has been effortless with no stress. We have worked as a team making decisions together. The quality of Cameron’s work and his tradies is second to none. He treats the project as if it is his own home and pays exceptional attention to detail. Any small changes we have made along the way has been accommodated with no fuss. Cameron is always looking at way's to improve the build and put his perfectionist stamp on it. We couldn’t be happier. Our meeting of chance turned out to be of great mutual benefit. We would highly recommend Cameron from CMR Prestige Developments if you are considering a renovation or a new build if you are after a quality and stress free process. Our rating is 10 out of 10 from a very satisfied home owner

After looking at many houses to potentially buy we decided to build instead after seeing a house that had been built by CMR Constructions. It was extremely well built , the quality and attention to detail was amazing and by far exceeded any other home we had seen. We contacted Cameron from CMR Constructions in the hopes that they would build our dream home. Cameron,Chandler and their team have been amazing to deal with throughout our build. Nothing was ever a problem even though we were stuck in Melbourne and we were building in Queensland. Their attention to detail is impeccable and the communication was amazing. FaceTime phone calls at every stage providing reassurance to us that we had picked the right builder for our beautiful home. We highly recommend CMR Constructions and would not hesitate to build with them again. Thanks again Cameron & Chandler we cant wait to move in.

We approached two builders and after a 6 week process chose CMR Prestige to undertake a major renovation of our canal side property in Mermaid Waters. Using architects plans as the base we agreed a fixed price contract and a delivery date. We then left the country for 5 months and Cameron and his team took over. Their communication, quality of work and thought around solutions was excellent. The house was delivered back to us 6 weeks earlier than planned and with variations only 1% over budget. We highly recommend CMR Prestige.
