During council approval process, we were asked so many documents, information etc, and Tim was very patient and generous in helping me navigate through the sea of documents needed. As for the building itself, very happy with the quality, and will certainly recommend Tim and his crew.

Tim was always there to guide us through every step, especially when it came to navigating the sometimes tricky council process. His expertise really made the whole thing so much easier for us. Pha and Chris were incredibly helpful, keeping us updated on progress and any changes along the way. Despite delays caused by Cyclone Alfred and the move to a larger factory, they kept things moving and still managed to complete the job on schedule. The best part? It was a true turn-key solution – everything was handled for us, and we didn’t have to worry about a thing. The quality of the granny flat itself is fantastic – it's exactly what we hoped for, if not better! The team at Affordable Modular Buildings are awesome we had a granny flat installed Tim,Junior, Susie, Frosty and Matt the plumber are great and made the whole project feel less stressful and painless, all the while keeping me up to date at where the project was at.
