I have no hesitation in recommending Vivo Homes. We had a major renovation done on our home and was extremely glad we chose Sandra, Bill and team to complete the job. They both showed professionalism and care to always do quality work, communication was always a priority. Sandra and Bill are very easy to talk to, always friendly and great at giving valuable advice. Our renovations went smooth from start to finish and completion date was delivered on time. This is an honest company that deliver what they say they are going to deliver and don’t cut corners. Thanks again Sandra and Bill ( Vivo Homes) from one very happy customer

We couldn’t be happier with our experience working with VIVO Homes on our major renovation. From start to finish, the team — Bill, Sandra, Anthony and the entire VIVO crew — were exceptional. They are a family-owned business that truly cares about their clients and take immense pride in the quality of their work. Their professionalism and communication were outstanding. We were kept informed throughout every stage of the build, and any questions or changes were handled quickly and clearly. The workmanship was of the highest standard — Bill is incredibly fastidious and ensures everything is done to perfection. If something wasn’t up to his standard, it was redone until it was right. We were very conscious of our budget, and VIVO worked closely with us to keep variations to a minimum. Whenever any challenges or underlying issues arose, Bill and Anthony always found practical, cost-effective solutions without compromising on quality. They are true problem solvers and genuinely had our best interests at heart. Not only are they excellent builders and communicators, but they’re also trustworthy and just genuinely good people. We highly recommend VIVO Homes for any building project — big, medium, or small — and we will definitely be working with them again in the future. Highly recommend this amazing team!

I recently visited VIVO Homes’ granny flat open home. It was great to see their work firsthand. The build quality, attention to detail, and the way the space was designed to genuinely serve the needs of a family were all impressive. What stood out most was the warmth, professionalism and integrity of Bill and Sandra Hanna — qualities that matter deeply to me. VIVO Homes is a builder you can trust, and I’m glad to recommend them.
