  The ceiling and floor of our dining room was damaged by water leakage from the toilet above. Our Strata Insurance company engaged UBS to do the repair project. And Anthony Di Maio was the project manager responsible, he is thorough, patient with good communication skills. He respected our opinions/ideas and took into account our preference, he also followed up on any issues encountered promptly, plus he always keeps us informed about the progress and made arrangements according to our schedule. The finishing product was brilliant and exceeded our expectation, we are really pleased with the renovation even though there is still one question to be answered yet. I would highly recommend UBS.

  Due to a water leak under my kitchen sink, the kitchen cabinets and floorboards in my dining, lounge, and hallway areas were damaged. The Strata Manager’s Insurer appointed Urban Building Solutions (UBS) to carry out the repairs and restoration. Anthony Di Maio, the Site Supervisor from UBS, managed the entire project with exceptional professionalism and attention to detail. He ensured that everything was well-organized and that all contractors worked efficiently and to a high standard. Anthony is professional, friendly, patient, and always takes the time to clearly explain each step of the repair process. He promptly responds to emails and messages and is always willing to answer any questions I have. He consistently goes above and beyond to ensure that the quality of the work meets, and often exceeds, expectations.
