  We met Daniella and Steve at a home show. From when we met them until the end of the build, they've been very personable, warm and accommodating. We met with a handful of builders before choosing Uniluxe and were so worried as we didn't find the level of care we were looking for in a builder. Steve and Daniella made us feel instantly comfortable and I can now say, from the building process, to the finished product, to actually living in the house, we made the right decision. We love our new home and are thankful for finding and building with Uniluxe.

The build is of a high quality, well constructed and thought out down to every detail - producing a level of design that is not only functional but unique and modern, standing out from the rest. We appreciated directly dealing with the builder and owner of Uniluxe Homes - Steve, who was very professional, approachable, always accommodating and friendly. He was always willing to answer our questions and address any concerns in a timely and efficient manner. The company was very accommodating and ensured a smooth transition throughout the settlement period. We highly recommend Uniluxe Homes if you are looking for a company that is personal and builds a rapport with their customers, along with a beautiful home of a high standard that exudes luxury and modern design, including features that are sophisticated and timeless.

  Steve and Daniella we're an absolute blast to deal with! From the very first day we met them at the Home expo, till the day we got the keys to our brand new home, they were extremely friendly and willing to help us with almost any request we had. They built our beautiful dream home quite quickly, and we love it so much! Their price was extremely competitive - even with the vast additions and upgrades, they still came out much cheaper than all of the bigger builders. We would recommend them to anyone looking to build a home, and we'd be happy to go through them again if we ever built another house.

The owner Steve has been an extremely approachable guy, answered all of our questions and been extremely responsive to any issues, even 3 years after the sale. If you want a builder who really takes pride in their work and genuinely cares about making their customers happy, then Steve is your man.
