  We engaged Dom for our renovation. The job involved stripping back a single story semi to the bones and adding three bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs. Right through the whole process Dom was great to deal with. He was always offering suggestions for how we might make minor changes to achieve a better outcome. We love the final product! As with any build there have been some minor issues since completion and Dom has always been quick to respond and get things sorted out. I'd definitely recommend him to others looking for a builder.
