I had the pleasure of working with Sydney Side and the whole team from start to finish on our new family home. Matt was there every step of the way during the planning process with his architects and his workers onsite. He always had a project manager or a foreman from his team here, even just for receiving deliveries. We loved his work on our beautiful new home

I first contacted Matt for an extension to my home in Balmain but after he had our house surveyed, his certifier told us we couldnt extend my home. However, Matt still brought in his architect, Fadi, and for no extra charge, they redrew the ground floor layout and my master bedroom and ensuite upstairs. We added an extra bedroom and a bathroom to my ground floor, renovated my kitchen and laid new Blackbut floor boards. For my master bedroom, we put in an office and remodelled my ensuite layout. The makeover was amazing and I loved their work!

When my family and i bought our first house, we were recommended Matt from Sydney Side to renovate and remodel. In less than 3 months (and ahead of schedule), Matt and his team gave us our new home. Beautiful new kitchen, bathroom, laundry, new engineered flooring, carpets in our bedrooms, open living space and an additional office area. Then they painted our home for free! Always transparent and honest. Awsome team!

Highly recommended!! Matt fully transformed our home. I cant even remember what it looked like before. His team replaced all our windows, tiled all our balconies and installed glass balustrades on all, painted the entire outside and brought our sandstone walls back to life. Inside, we renovated our bathroom, kitchen, laundry, new floor boards and updated our aircon system. It was a pleasure doing business with Sydney Side Homes

Matt was very helpful and honest from his first consultation visit with us. After he explained the reasons why his private certifier informed us that we had to go through DA (not CDC which im still not 100% an expert in), we could build our duplex the way we wanted. I definitely recommend Matt amd his team from Sydney Side because of his professionalism and knowledge and ability to stay one step ahead of ongoing issues and management.

My family and I were very happy we chose Matt to build our home. We used his architect for our plans and his certifier to get our DA approved. It honestly took the headache away from dealing with the council and trying to find all architects and engineers all privately. Stoke with the results and the professionalism of Sydney Side
