We highly recommend Luke and the team at Staten Projects. Recently we completed a full renovation of our 3 level townhouse in Redfern, complete with new kitchen, 2.5 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms and a retreat area with bar. Top to bottom, including structural wall removal, flooring, electrical, plumbing, and all finishes. We wanted to proceed with Luke and Staten after he not only provided a competitive quote, but also was the most responsive, timely, transparent and genuine person from our panel of quotes - which is what we valued most during a potentially stressful period. The end product looks amazing, and thankfully Luke committed to getting us back into our home before the arrival of our baby, and we couldn't be happier. If youre considering a renovation, Luke and team are your go-to people. Thanks again team! We will be in touch for the next one 😀

Luke was absolutely brilliant from our first meeting with him right to the conclusion of the renovation. He was onsite everyday ensuring that all the work set for each day was completed to the extremely high standards demanded of him (and us as his clients). The work was completed within the timeframe provided. We are delighted with the result. We have no hesitation in recommending Staten Projects Sydney.

We couldn’t be more thrilled with our experience working with Luke and the team at Staten Projects. From the outset, Luke provided us with a fair and transparent quote for a major renovation project — all while working to a tight timeline, as we were expecting a baby and needed the work completed before the due date. The project involved a complete renovation of our downstairs area, including a brand new laundry, toilet, custom kitchen, and the removal of a major wall to open up the space. Luke also managed the full transformation of our upstairs bathroom. Throughout the process, he guided us with professionalism, care, and a level of organization that gave us total confidence every step of the way. He brought in skilled, trustworthy tradespeople from his network — all of whom were not only excellent at their craft but also respectful, friendly, and reliable. The quality of the finishes and attention to detail across the entire build are outstanding. Every part of the renovation exceeded our expectations. Luke is one of those rare people who is both highly professional and genuinely personable. His communication was excellent, his timelines were clear and realistic, and the final result speaks for itself. We’re incredibly grateful for his hard work, and we can honestly say we wouldn’t change a thing. If you’re looking for someone who is honest, talented, and committed to delivering high-quality results — Luke is the builder you want. We can’t recommend Staten Projects highly enough.
