We used Skyline to help determine what to do with our “beach shack” in Wategos. Nic has been involved right from the start and so generous with this time and insights whilst deciding whether to demolish and rebuild or renovate the existing house. After much deliberation, we decided to renovate and we are ecstatic with the outcome. The house was a an original Wategos fibro shack, in a very poor state. Nic and the team embraced the opportunity to turn the dilapidated house into an amazing restoration of an origial Wategos beach shack. The Skyline team encountered many unplanned and challenging obstacles and overcame all with sensitive appreciation for our budget and without stress or fuss. Knowing the excellent tradesmanship and taste that Nic, Jo and the team are renowned for, we really handed over all of the critical and creative selections to them to come up with a home that is reflective of our desire to keep things simple, liveable and within context of the original shack (and remain within a tight budget). What they delivered has blown us away and we give complete credit to the end result to Nic and his amazing team. We came into this project with little planning, relying entirely on the expertise of Nic and the Skyline team. Their vision, professionalism and tradesmanship was way beyond expectations. A no fuss, no stress, anything can be managed and overcome approach, made a challenging restoration and renovation a really enjoyable experience with a phenomenal outcome. All the trades were meticulously selected and managed, the Skyline team on site were a pleasure to work with and the office team went well beyond expectations at every opportunity. I would use Skyline again, without hesitation for my next building project and would recommend them to anyone looking to get an exceptional outcome from an extremely professional, passionate team that you can absolutely trust to work within your relevant constraints to get an amazing outcome.

This was our 5th house project my husband and I have done when we began working with Skyline projects. The level of detail and communication from the entire team has been the best experience we’ve ever had, making the renovation fun, creative and efficient where every challenge was clearly communicated via a what’s app group, which means things could get done and resolved really quickly. The can do attitude filters thru the entire business. From design, budgeting, having joinery made, sticking to timelines, the team being at the house to receive furniture deliveries, you name it, Skyline was able to make it all happen. We highly recommend working with this incredible team. Thank you Nic for creating our dream home.

Skyline were recommended to us and right from the initial meeting they exceeded our expectations - demonstrating exceptional professionalism and attention to detail. Being our first build, we were cautious entering the relationship, but Nic and his team were patient, accommodating and responsive, putting our minds at ease. Throughout the build process we were impressed by Skyline’s impeccable planning and organisation skills – often delivering ahead of schedule much to our delight. Nic's team consists of talented, hardworking individuals who not only maintained a neat and orderly site but also offered creative ideas and were just genuinely nice people. Their integrity and reliability set them apart. We also highly recommend Skyline for their ability to deliver high-quality craftsmanship while adhering to the agreed-upon budget. We are forever grateful to Nic and the Skyline team for building our beautiful home and we reflect positively on the whole experience. We enthusiastically look forward to working with them again.

Skyline projects were supportive, attentive and flexible throughout our entire project from the beginning planning to the final fit out. Their team and contractors were incredible, always on time and delivering high quality skills and work. Their attention to detail, quality and finishing and the way they liaised with us through every step of construction and finishing made the project run smoothly and the results were exactly what we hoped. They readily and positively problem solved when things cropped up as they always do in renovating and thus alleviated stress and kept the project moving. They delivered an incredible quality result in the timeline planned for.
