  Sarpel Homes Delivered a top quality project at a very reasonable price. They have absolutely exceeded all my expectations. My wife and myself were beginning to get dishearted after seeing numerous builders and not really getting the product we were looking for. Neil : Our first interaction was with a lovely man called Neil he sat down with us and really designed the dream home we always wanted, his attention to detail and the exceptional customer service he demonstrated by literally being available anytime of the day to discuss our design is exceptional. Neil worked tirelessly to make a design and tender work to our budget. Zoe: This lady was our interior designer, we wanted a fusion of hamptons and french provincial in mind, she absolutely made the interior decorating suite our needs. What I admire the most about Zoe was her directness and her ability to provide honest feedback, at the end of the day you don't want to create something that looks funny, Zoe was there to provide grounded feedback to make sure we did not over do it. Lucas was more our day to day contact - essentially a relationship manager. Lucas demonstrated exceptional relationship management skills, one of the behaviours I admire the most is the responsiveness and accountability that Lucas demonstrated. I would always get a call back within the day with a solution to a problem, an email would never ever go unanswered. No matter what the issue Lucas was able to always find some sort of pragmatic solution. Phil was our supervisor, I'm a person that wants constant updates into what's happening, I would annoy Phil with an average of 3 phone calls a day asking for updates. Phil always provided clear updates. Most importantly Phil put the plans and designs into action to produce a quality product. Phil was always there to address any concerns. I guess summing up you want i'm so happy I choose to go with a small family owned business I really saw the care and commitment they demonstrated to making our forever home come true.

  We built our home with Sarpel Homes in 2004. The build time was on target, and the communication was there all the way through. Unlike many other builders, they met us onsite regularly to look at each stage and provide feedback. Nearly 20 years old and standing the testament of time, the home built in 2004 by Sarpel Homes, the quality doesnt even compare to many builders of today. During the build, we worked with the supervisor and owner Mario, who always listened to any concerns we had along the way, and even made adjustments, though they didnt need to. At the end of the build, we had a couple of minor issues, which were rectified quickly and without question. We picked Sarpel Homes as its a small, caring family business who actually listen to their customers. We have had to go back to them for questions on some items we need (eg skirting boards, shower head type etc to do some changes and upgrades) and nothing was too much trouble, even after all this time. I could not recommend another builder so highly, as I can Sarpel Homes. With todays market, you need to be careful who you build with. Dont take the risk , and no, this isnt a paid review. I do many like this when deserved.
