We signed our contract on 19/09/2025, excavation started on 31st October, and the house was handed over on 6th May 2026. The entire process was smooth, and the timeline commitment was met right on the dot, which is quite rare in this industry. A special mention to his supervisor, Priom, who was fantastic throughout the build. He is knowledgeable, approachable, and detail-oriented. Priom ensured everything ran efficiently on-site and kept us informed at every stage, which gave us great peace of mind. Our home is a single-storey build of 224 sqm, and the final result truly reflects the quality and care that went into it. We are very happy with the entire journey—from start to finish—and would confidently recommend Saptak Homes to anyone looking for a builder who delivers both affordability and quality. SAPTAK homes recently finished my granny flat and extension main house kitchen, two completely separate toilet with shower area and outdoor kitchen. I really want to say thank you to builder and his team for doing fab job. My granny was really beautiful and it attention was really high to get rent out.
