We are very pleased with the final result of our renovation by Refresh Renovations. It was reassuring having Hashim explain the steps involved and as the overall point of contact. Rami was excellent as the point of contact either on site or easily reachable and in coordinating the renovation. It made the whole project less stressful. We appreciated the suggestions and ideas made by both Hashim and Rami in the design and layout of the house. We would certainly recommend and use Refresh Renovations for any future project.

Hashim Nasser and his Refresh Renovations Team handled the preconstruction and construction phases of our project. Hashim sourced out and was involved with the architectural design team, engineers, and surveyor during the design and documentation preparation for the DA & CC phases. They kept us informed throughout the entire project and were receptive to our requirements. The Team addressed every hidden challenge encountered in the construction phase and still delivered the project ontime. Their resources made the renovation experience easier than expected. A highly recommended professional team.

We are delighted with our new home. Hashim Nasser, John Hanna, and the entire Refresh Renovations Team were exceptional. Each phase of our renovation was meticulously explained with patience and care, including the selection of flooring, lighting, plumbing, colours, and technical challenges. The team demonstrated remarkable problem-solving skills and innovative thinking, ensuring that our project progressed on schedule. Their guidance, expertise, and attention to detail were invaluable. We highly recommend Refresh Renovations for their professionalism, compassion, and meticulous attention to detail. We extend our sincere gratitude to Hashim Nasser, John Hanna, Mustapha Kouja Electrician, Amir Mossad, and the entire Refresh Renovations Team, including the plumber, concrete rendering, and all, for their exceptional work. It is a credit to John Hanna and Hashim Nasser for orchestrating this professional team. With thanks, Christian and Kat, Bronte.

After five years of long battle with Covid lockdown/slowdown, council red tapes and unclear process, our rooftop garden project has finally completed with a pleasant result. Throughout the years Hashim Nasser and his Refresh Renovations Team worked with the local council, the town planner, the architecture designer and various tradesmen. Hashim's main role is project management. He has involved throughout the design and documentation preparation for the DA & CC phases. He organised and coordinated various trades at the implement phase. At early stage I lived interstate and I relied on him to talk to the council and to interact with the town planner and the architecture designer. Due to the prolonged length of the project his time spent on our little project and the number of visits he paid to our home are enormous and certainly unparalleled to the project size. What I appreciate most is his year after year's continuous professional commitment, despite the small size of our project (hence small profit). At the implement stage there were a couple small variations he kindly did not charge us. Thank you, Hashim and the team!

We first worked with Hashim Nasser and the Refresh Renovations team over five years ago, and the quality of their work has always stood out. What impressed us even more recently was how responsive and honourable they were when a minor issue surfaced that was still under warranty. Despite the time that had passed, Hashim didn’t hesitate to step in and personally ensure the problem was resolved promptly and professionally. It’s rare to find a company that not only delivers excellent workmanship but also stands by it years later. Their commitment to service, integrity and long-term customer care has truly proven their trustworthiness. We valued their quality before, and now we value their character even more. Highly recommended.
