We recently hired Raycorp Developments for an incredibly extensive renovation project: converting our garage into a whole new, functional section of our home. The scope included installing a new front door and entry mudroom, adding an extra bedroom, and building a combined new laundry and bathroom. We are absolutely thrilled with the final result. Raycorp’s (Ray) professionalism was evident from day one. The entire team was reliable, skilled, and highly respectful of our time and property. The quality of the construction and finishing is exceptional, transforming a dusty double garage into beautiful, seamless living spaces. What truly blew us away was the speed of the renovation. For a project of this scale and complexity, they moved remarkably fast without ever cutting corners or compromising on the high standards of the work. Crucially, the project management was flawless. Raycorp handled every moving part—from coordinating trades to managing inspections—with incredible efficiency. Communication was always clear, and they kept the project perfectly on schedule, making what could have been a very stressful process feel easy and well-controlled. We wholeheartedly recommend Raycorp Developments. If you want a builder who combines outstanding craftsmanship with total efficiency and excellent project oversight, look no further.

I have renovated 2 bathrooms by Raymond (Raycorp Developments) and really happy with the outcome. From the beginning, Ray was very responsive to all of my messages and inquiries. he has a bunch of good, skillful people (plumber, waterproofing guy, tiler etc..) working in his team. Everything was properly planned and he and his team finish everything nicely, very professionally and quickly. The best thing I like of Ray is, his commitment. Ray renovated my 2 bathrooms and both occations he told me when he would start and finish. He started exact time that he told me and finished within the time frame. Really reliable and highly recommended.
