  Patina Projects did an amazing job bringing the vision of our yard to life. Nathan was practical and very solution oriented. He handled our unexpected discoveries with ease, no problem was too hard to solve for him. We were delighted with the results of some spur of the moment changes, which Nathan handed the design of, such as the vegetable patch and the pool bench. His eye for detail really improved the final result of our landscaping. He was in constant communication, so we always knew what was happening. He was open about any delays and issues and shared with us a well informed timeline. We've found this level of communication and attention to detail to be rare in builders. I'd use Patina Projects again and I'll be recommending them to my friends.

  Patina Projects PL built a solid double carport (Steel, timber and concrete tiles on a pitched roof) and concrete driveway for us - on-time and on budget. We did not know Nathan before this project. We relied on re-assuring references given to us by his previous 3 projects. We are very happy with the process and the outcome. Nathan’s attitude to customer service and quality work is very good. He has a great team of very experienced tradesmen. He was a very good communicator throughout the project. He was happy to answer questions and concerns and to make recommendations and suggestions, including colour choices. It was a project that required a Council Development Application (DA) and NSW Planning Construction Certificate before the work could commence. The work complied with all requirements, and we received an Occupation Certificate from the Certifier when the work was completed. We would not hesitate to use his services in the future.
