Not only is the job completed as promised on budget and to agreed timeline he leaves the work area in perfect order after everyday work! He is honestly the tidiest and most respectful tradesman I’ve ever had complete a job and recent works were major! Everyone I’ve ever recommended James to are also raving about his work.
