A recent renovation of our laundry/second bathroom was undertaken by Tom and the crew at Oakmont Building Group, and we couldn’t be happier with the result. After a long period living overseas, we returned to the Southern Highlands to renovate a humble cottage in a garden with a lot of potential. From the start we connected with Tom. He was friendly, collaborative, genuine and took the time to understand the feeling we wanted to create for our home. Tom and Brendan gave us honest advice throughout and shared their opinions rather than telling us what to do. On many occasions we consulted with Tom about other projects around our property and he was invariably gracious and helpful. We had a serious problem with a collapsed veranda and stairs. Apparently they’ve never been properly waterproof. Tom provided rapid service and a very thorough quotation. The price was also reasonable. The job was done on time . The quote had been extremely accurate . The cost was pretty much exactly what the quote had been. The follow up painting service was also of excellent quality They worked quickly and without interfering with our lives at all I would happily recommend Oakmont building to anyone in the southern Highlands or the Illawarra Look out for this logo.
