Strata constraints and requirements in an apartment can make bathroom renovations challenging but MICXEL ensured full compliance. From the time Alex arrived to quote the job, we had confidence we had found the right Project Manager and Builder. He listened to our vision but also offered some suggestions for improvement to achieve the most amazing outcome and bring our dream bathrooms to life. His knowledge and experience was evident from start to end and everything in between. His timely coordination of trades was outstanding to deliver the project on time and budget.   Alex was recommended to me by Harvey Norman for very good reason. Alex was a great project manager for my bathroom renovation and made sure that everything was done in a timely and professional manner - the complete guttering of the bathroom and the turn around time on the job was like clock work - finished a week earlier than other estimates. He visited the project everyday to make sure that he was happy with the work done by the various trades and was always happy and helpful to take your calls. It was great working with someone that you truly trusted had your best interest in mind.
