  Keystone recently completed remedial work and rebuild of my balcony, and my neighbours, within our Strata Plan. I couldn't be happier with the results. From the initial consultation to the final touches and handover, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and attentive to our requests given the complexity of the project. Communication was excellent throughout the project. I was kept informed of timelines and progress, and any questions I had were answered promptly. The team was punctual, worked efficiently, and left the site clean and tidy each day. I highly recommend Keystone to other Strata Plans looking for projects to be completed.

  We've worked with Keystone for over 10 years on multiple projects providing them with specialised services, and have found them to be professional, reliable and honest. They are easy to work with and maintain excellent safety and quality standards which makes our job as subcontractors so much easier. They make payments promptly and their office staff are friendly and approachable. Would definitely recommend them to other trades, and based on their high standards we'd hire them ourselves as builders.

  I would like to take this opportunity to thank Mark and the team from KBS for their quick response when I contacted them and told them that I had water leaking issues in the bathroom. They came out the next day and they were very meticulous in their investigation, their explanation of their finding and the writing of the report. I have not been through such a process in the past but found Mark and the team to be very professional, detailed and provided great advice on the next steps that would need to be taken, to have this issue resolved. I would recommend Keystone Building Solutions to all family, friends and colleagues, after my experience with true gentlemen who really cared to make sure that our repairs are expedited.
