I am a return customer because of the professionalism and results I experienced first time around. For me, one of the most important things during a build or renovation is the communication between builder and owner. That communication was key to my project works. The JWC team were fantastic and professional in all aspects of their work. I believe its how a company handles challenges that can set them apart and that gave me the trust to be able to use JWC again and recommend them to others. Thanks to Jim, Kevin and the JCW crew.

We recently had Jim and his team complete our renovation. They were incredibly professional, efficient, and flexible, which gave us great peace of mind—especially when unexpected challenges like asbestos arose. Jim’s personable approach made the entire process easy and collaborative. He took the time to guide us through decisions as the project progressed, and even welcomed my involvement when I wanted to lend a hand. We highly recommend Jim Wilson Constructions to anyone looking for a reliable and skilled builder who goes above and beyond to deliver a beautiful result.

Jim Wilson and his team have just finished renovating our balconies and extending the roof over them. They are complete professionals who have delivered an excellent renovation, on time and within budget. Allan, Callum and team are highly experienced, great communicators, friendly and helpful. Steve provides transparent, timely weekly cost and progress updates and ensures no surprises. A fantastic team which we can't recommend more highly.

We did a massive reno with Jim's team. Really professional all round, excellent communication, punctual to meetings, and finished the renovation within the expected time frame despite some unexpected findings throughout the process. Really appreciated the transparency in weekly invoicing with timesheets, receipts and contractor invoices. Jim's team made what can be a painful process as painless as possible, definitely no "dodgy tradies" here. The builders have excellent attention to detail and suggested things we thought we didn't want but realised after the fact we definitely do want (like plumbing for the ice maker in the freezer). Have been recommending their services to anyone who asks.

We were extremely happy with Jim Wilson Constructions (JWC), who built our house in 2022. Three years on, we continue to enjoy the excellent craftsmanship his team has delivered. Before we found Jim, we had some mixed experiences with builders. Jim - who was recommended by our architect - and his team stood out thanks to their competence, good judgment, reliability and genuinely positive, friendly attitude. JWC delivered a first-class home on time and at a fair price. A reliable and thoughtful team of builders and carpenters led by Jesse, great management of all trades by Sam, and Jim himself was always there when we needed him. Thoughtful, very capable and a great communicator, Jim always listed and helped find the best solution. We have been recommending JWC to our friends and neighbours ever since.
