Tom, Prue and the team recently finished our renovation in Merewether. We couldn’t recommend them highly enough. Every thing from the frame to the finish has been thoroughly thought through and is spot on. Prue’s taste in design really helped the process and made the finished product look absolutely beautiful. Thanks team, we are so happy with our new house!

Testimonial for Jenkins Residential Jenkins Residential recently completed our home renovation in Belmont North, and we couldn’t be happier with the result. From start to finish, their communication was outstanding, keeping us informed and involved at every stage. The quality of workmanship and recommended materials was second to none, with every detail finished to the highest standard. Their team of tradespeople were skilled, reliable, and a pleasure to have on-site. What truly set Jenkins Residential apart was their genuine care and interest in our project—they treated our home as if it were their own. We highly recommend Jenkins Residential to anyone looking for a builder who delivers exceptional results with integrity and professionalism. Sandra and Andrew

Tom and his team have completed numerous projects for u, both personally in our home, and more recently in our business premises, which always needs a lot more thought in working on whilst a business is in progress - this project went very smoothly. Tom's team have done a great job in all projects. We are very happy with the outcomes, the teams of tradesmen he brings together to work with on the projects & his manner in dealing with any issues. All outcome have been very positive. Chris M

We used Tom for building works on our house. Throughout the whole process we found Tom and his team easy to communicate with. As a perfectionist myself, his work was excellent and finished to a high standard. His price is competitive with other builders. I would recommend Tom to my family and friends for building and carpentry work.

Tom has worked on two separate houses for my family and I in Sydney and Newcastle. Both times he was punctual, explained things in a way we could understand and was on budget. Most of all, we appreciated having a single touch-point. Tom took the hassle out of the projects by managing all the other trades and keeping constant communication. I’d thoroughly recommend Tom to a friend.
