Richard came out and did an amazing job for us. He looked at my mum’s house and assessed the issues. He was able to identify some moisture issues that exist under the house and the root causes. He also gave me some contacts to resolve some of these so that we can utilise his company in the near term. Very professional.

The team did a great job. They were in constant contact prior to arrival, arrived on time and got started straight away. They were friendly, approachable, and answered all questions asked. They kept me informed of progress the whole time they were on site. They cleaned up after themselves and replaced any and all items that they had needed to move to do their job. It's at this point I would normally say something like 'I'll call them next time there's an issue' but I'm confident I'll never need to see them again, which is a good thing. I have had dealings with numerous companies with regard to underpinning and found Resinject to be very easy to deal with. Their staff were courteous, attentive and reliable. They quoted the job and completed the work within 4 weeks which was outstanding given the led times most have a between 6 months and 2 years. The work was undertaken quickly onsite with minimal disruption to the property and everything was left as it was found with no mess or damage caused. The things that stood out for me were the ease I had in dealing with everyone in the process from first contact, through quoting and completion of work. Every staff member was pleasant, helpful and professional and best of all they were always ontime. Would happily recommend them to anyone
