  I cannot recommend Better Built Homes highly enough, and a massive part of that is due to the incredible support from Ebony Davies. Building a home is a huge undertaking, but having Ebony by my side throughout the process made a world of difference. She was consistently professional, communicative, and proactive. Whether it was navigating the complexities during the build or following up on the finer details once the keys were handed over, her dedication never wavered. She even offered to help with tasks that don't necessarily fall under the scope of her work post handover which has really stood out. It’s rare to find someone who remains just as committed to your project after the official work is done, but Ebony ensured that everything was transitionally seamless and handled any post-build queries with the same urgency as the day we started. I am incredibly grateful for her hard work and genuine care. Thank you, Ebony, and the whole team!

  We wish we could give Better Built Homes (BBH) more than five stars. Post Construction - Our slab was poured in November 2024 and we were handed our keys in July 2025. It took us a long time (over a year) to find the right builder and we are so glad we took the time and effort to select BBH (iCIRT 4.5 stars). In our building journey we have learnt that the two most important factors for a successful build are selecting the right builder, and having an amazing site supervisor. We struck gold when selecting BBH as our builder, and then again when we were assigned Josh B to be our site supervisor. Throughout construction Josh made sure to co-ordinate trades in such a way as to maximise building progress, minimise delays and assure the highest build quality. The standard Josh placed on ensuring build quality made us feel as if he cared as much for the home as we did as the owners. He was incredibly patient with our endless questions and was very clear in his communication as our build progressed. This was supported by the building reports we got from our independent building inspector (Dan from Precision Builders Australia). As should be expected, we encounter minor hurdles here and there throughout the build and were very impressed with how Josh not only acknowledged them upfront but also took steps to immediately rectify the issues. Finally, I also wanted to acknowledge that we were also very impressed with Dominant Air and Electrical who did all the electrical work for our house. Lighting was so important for us resulting in an incredibly complicated electrical plan, and we could not be happier with how they executed our vision. If we were to ever build again we would definitely choose the BBH team and insist on having Josh as our site supervisor.

  Better Built Homes is outstanding and we are not surprised on the awards and accolades they have received. We engaged Better Built after inspecting many other builders and found them to be exceptional. Ray helped us immensely and the honesty, communication and on time delivery was above and beyond. The build was smooth with very little issues and the hand over came so quick. Also to mention the after sales team were absolutely fantastic with constant follow ups and always there to help whatever the issue.   I’m into my fifth year warranty. Recently my gardener drove his car into my garage door and smashed it. I contacted Renee from the after sales department and she gave me the original garage door installer within 9 min. Yesterday, I had my garage door replaced. Really appreciate Renee’s help.
