We had some maintenance that needed to be sorted with our house. And we were struggling to get someone to have a look. Jason was super helpful and sent one of his team to diagnose and fix. Very accommodating with fitting in around other trades. Thanks again.

Jason and his team completed an extensive landscaping and building project for us and we couldn't be happier with the result. Jason was always available during the process and kept us up to date with what was happening. His team are professional, courteous and do an amazing job. Thanks Zac, Mitch & little Jas. Our job had its challenges but Jason called in capable trades to help solve some tricky issues and produced an amazing result. We would highly recommend Jason for all building services as no job is too difficult for him and his team. They are dependable and dedicated to completing a job to the highest standards whilst remaining obliging and friendly at all times. And Tracy, the office manager, is equally as helpful and responsive. We will have to find more work for Jas to do as we miss having them all on site each day.

We decided that our holiday house in Kiama is where we would like to retire, So we looked around for a builder to renovate our home. It was a very difficult job and building site . Many looked at it and said they couldn't help us or they didn't even bother to get back to us with a quote. We tried JF Kearns Building Services. Jason was excellent. He always returned phone calls and kept us in the loop. Any variations were openly discussed and attended to promptly. He also uses a builder's management program called 'BuildTrend'. Photos of what work has been completed are uploaded on a daily basis. We live in Sydney so this was a real bonus . Even if you dropped in unexpectedly the building site would be spotless . Regardless of what type of project: If you want to renovate or start from scratch you can not go wrong with Jason , he will do anything you want , nothing is a problem he is fair and honest . Can't get much better than that . Oh yes you can , his office manager Tracy will go over and above to help you with any questions or problems you have . Couldn't ask for a more professional team !!! Thank you Jason for helping us build our dream home!

From the first day Jason saw our room for renovation, he immediately recognised the potential to achieve the best outcome for using a small space. He is ‘visionary’ ! I love our newly renovated laundry now; it’s great. Thanks to everyone who worked on it. I recommend JF Kearns because all of the Insurances, contracts, itemised accounts & building materials were clearly outlined well before the starting date. It made our business arrangements very easy indeed.
