  We had some rising damp and subfloor ventilation issues at our place in Drummoyne. Rodney came out to inspect and offered his advice along with some solutions. We decided to go ahead and have vents with a subfloor fan system installed as well as a new damp course put in to treat the rising. I can highly recommend Rod and his team!

  Rod is extremely knowledgeable, transparent, professional, and friendly. My partner and I recently purchased a property that presented rising damp. Rod thoroughly examined the entire property and pointed out the likely causes of the rising damp, suggesting that we first eliminate these causes before pursuing further remedial works (to mitigate the risk of future recurring issues). We really appreciated the honest approach and look forward to working with Rod and the team further in the future as we now have an action plan in place. Definitely recommend!

They are responsive, punctual, friendly, polite, attention to details, well price, knowledgeable and trustworthy. They listened to my concerns, explained and recommended the solution. Mervyn has done a great job on rerendering and plastering. Thank you to Martin on trying hard to source the new skirting board to match with the rest of the house. Everything was delivered as expected. They make sure I’m happy with the final product and are happy to provide advices after the job is completed.
