Even though we eventually decided against the project because of some logistical issues, the team at Icon Homes have been an absolute pleasure to work with, starting from Peter T - our main point of contact. They created a beautiful design and accommodated every change we requested, while providing guidance throughout the process. Highly recommended!

  We’ve just completed our new build journey with Icon Artisan Homes over approximately 2.5 years from custom bespoke design through to DA, construction and handover last Thursday. The build itself after DA approval was only 16 months which in our experience is quick for a large home with higher end fittings like ours is. We’ve been so happy with Icon and their team. Specifically our site supervisor Stuart Campbell who has been great throughout the build. Also Carlos who has been wonderful right at the end when there have been a few minor things needing attention both before and after handover. Thanks to Graeme for coming through with a difficult fridge issue due to a discontinued product but he tracked down the last pair in Australia and had them shipped from Melbourne for us! Overall great service and good value. Whilst building a house these days is expensive, especially a bespoke house like ours, Icon definitely makes it more affordable but doesn’t compromise on quality. They go above and beyond where they can to help out. (Photo is from before we’ve done the driveway!)

  We have recently finished a build with Icon Homes and have been very happy with the entire process. Having never had a house built before, there were a lot of unknowns, but Icon Homes were very helpful from start to finish. The people we dealt with along the way, from sales all the way to handover, were great. From working out what was possible on our sloping block of land to choosing colours to keeping us updated during the build, to the end result, we had a overall very positive experience. Some of our friends told us "you are the least stressed people we know who are having a house built" which I think says it all!

  I had the pleasure of working with Icon for a full knockdown rebuild of my home and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the result. From the very beginning, I was a bit nervous about taking on such a major project—but Adam, Pete and their team made the entire process smooth and clear. Their attention to detail was second to none, and it really shows in the final result. My new home is everything I had hoped for and more. What truly set Icon apart was their level of care and communication. They were always available to answer questions, offer helpful advice and guide me through each stage of the rebuild. I never felt left in the dark and I always felt like my concerns and ideas were valued. Icon went above and beyond and I can’t thank them enough. If you’re considering a knockdown rebuild and want a team that delivers on quality, professionalism and peace of mind, I wholeheartedly recommend them.

  We are absolutely thrilled with our Icon build. It is everything we could have hoped for. Icon accommodated our requests and helped us create a beautiful bespoke home that constantly receives compliments. We were very fortunate to have Stuart as our sight supervisor, who's attention to detail and craftsmanship ensured the highest quality build. We were also very impressed with our limited post build issues capably dealt with by Ritchie. We would not hesitate to recommend Icon.

  We rebuilt our home with Icon Homes over a year ago, and we couldn’t be happier with the result. We’ve been very impressed with the design, functionality and quality of the build. One of the key reasons we chose Icon Homes was their flexibility. They were happy to accommodate the customisations we wanted, which made a big difference in being able to create a home that really suited our needs. Their design studio also made it easy to select fixtures and finishes, with most items conveniently located in one place. One pain point for us was managing the decision-making and selections over email. We found it difficult to keep track of. However, Icon now has a dedicated customer portal to help manage the design and construction journey. We've been using it since the handover to log any minor defects or issues, and it's been extremely helpful to have all in one place. The construction phase did have a slow start due to post-COVID delays, however, our site manager Stuart did an excellent job overseeing the build. He was very thorough and ensured everything was completed to a high standard. Overall, we would highly recommend Icon Homes to anyone considering building a new home.
