Jayco Newcastle went above and beyond my expectations when we purchased our new outback from them. We received the unfortunate news that our van after waiting for 10 weeks was badly damaged on the truck coming to Newcastle from Victoria. From reception, sales, admin, and managements they couldn't have tried harder to resolve this issue with a speedy replacement and we took that opportunity to upgrade to another model. At handover they were thorough and ensured that we understood everything regarding the van inside and out. And since purchasing the have continued communication with us to ensure everything was alright. I have no hesitation to recommend my family and friends to Jayco Newcastle as I had a great experience with my purchase..

So grateful and blessed to have built with Hunter Valley Homes. Today I checked in after a year with the amazing talented builder Matt Naylor to update on some small issues. He replied to my message within 30 mins and sent Hayden over to fix the small problems this afternoon. Hayden, a lovely young man, who on hearing me preparing music for a new student recognised The amazing Tom Lehrer and "The Element Song." That was an added bonus for me.
