We engaged Darius and Hearth Built for a demolition and new home build in New Brighton, NSW in 2024. Our experience with Hearth Built was nothing short of exceptional. His ability to coordinate effectively with a well-established network of supporting trades ensured a smooth and efficient build. Despite challenges, such as weather delays, he managed to keep the project moving and delivered our home ahead of schedule. We really appreciated his proactive approach to problem-solving and his ability to suggest design and functional improvements which not only enhanced the final result but also often resulted in cost savings. We particularly appreciated their use of the Builder Trend app, which enabled daily updates, videos & photos of progress, as well as clear financial tracking. This transparency kept us informed and confident throughout the build. Darius was always accessible, quick to respond, and maintained a very calm, positive, and professional manner. The end result far exceeded our expectations. We are absolutely thrilled with our beautiful home, which was delivered early and within budget.
