Attention to detail, communication and the organisation of the whole build was exceptional. Rohan himself, was thoroughly professional, efficient and approachable.   Rohan and his team from East Coast Custom Homes completed an extensive Renovation to our home. This included a 50% knock down and rebuild, full renovation to the remainder of the property, the addition of a new deck, double carport and a second outdoor undercover area. The photos do not do the scale of the project justice. From our first meeting through to project completion, Rohan’s attention to detail, the ease of communication, dealing with the last minute changes we requested and all his advice, exceptional. The quality of workmanship, for every trade, is second to none and far exceeded our expectation. We cannot speak highly enough of Rohan, his team - simply brilliant.

  We recently built our home through Rohan at East coast custom homes. As we are not originally from the area, we naturally had concerns about engaging a builder who we didn’t have any previous history with. We are so happy that we did decide to build with Rohan! Not only are we extremely happy with the quality of the build, but the entire process was incredibly seamless. Rohan is very honest and reliable. He kept his word regarding time frames, cost and workmanship. He and his team also gave us regular updates on the progress of the build. We appreciated that we were able to contact them whenever we needed to. Thanks East Coast Custom homes for such a great experience! We are so happy with our home!
